Hello to all our clients,
colleagues, family, and friends. Happy Memorial Day! We hope that you,
your family, and your business are well. A lot has changed since our
last newsletter and we want to provide you with an informational update.
New York has made significant progress with vaccinations and over 55% of citizens over 18 years old are fully vaccinated. Do your part and get vaccinated!
New York recently lifted most pandemic-related capacity restrictions on
May 19, 2021. Retail stores, food services, gyms, amusement parks, hair
salons, barber shops, offices, and more are all now open at full
capacity. Remember that it is important to exercise good judgment when
enjoying these amenities as we look forward to bouncing back from the
pandemic.
Governor Andrew Cuomo also recently signed a bill that extends the moratorium on evictions and foreclosures for residential tenants and small businesses to August 31, 2021.
